We sold 60% off-the-plan, retaining the remaining stock, and releasing it on completion to maximise the sale price.

Habilis is a values-based initiative to provide serviced housing for the mentally-ill homeless. Summer Hill is the first successfully funded complex that will provide physical security and access to support services for its residents.
