Habilis One in Summer Hill, is a 21 unit facility with an onsite clinic to provide weekly support to the residents. Designed as an adaptive re-use of two existing industrial buildings the project features extensive landscaping and social spaces to foster community and provide residents with a sense of safety and autonomy.
