The Arissa Team
Joe Scarf – Director
Joe brings a wealth of knowledge in funds management, feasibility analysis and development management. With 20+ years’ experience in both development consultancy and having completed over 15 projects for Arissa, Joe has established an excellent understanding of the development process from site acquisition through to profit realisation. work experience in the property industry both in Australia and abroad. His experience encompassed property consulting, development management, funds & asset management.
Before Arissa, Joe worked in Dubai (UAE) for Nakheel, a government owned property developer, where his role as commercial manager involved the ongoing funds management of existing projects and obtaining funding approval of new projects within the existing land bank.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) from The University of Western Sydney and is a registered real estate agent.
Frank Scarf – Director
Frank brings an in-depth knowledge of the property industry gained over 18 years. Early in his career, Frank was involved in over 150m worth of development site transactions as a selling agent while working at Savills NSW. Since founding Arissa, Frank has directed over 15 development opportunities from inception through to profit realisation.
As Director of Acquisitions and Disposals, Frank’s strengths include sourcing opportunities, studying highest and best use, conducting development feasibilities and investment analyses, negotiating and coordinating marketing campaigns on all levels.
In his current role at Arissa, Frank is also responsible for providing development management services throughout the planning and delivery stage of the project.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from The University of Western Sydney and is currently a licensed real estate agent.
Harry Nucifora – Acquisitions Manager
Harry brings a strong commercial background to Arissa, having previously worked with Colliers & JPM Valuers in the Gold Coast where he focussed on the city sector. Harry boasts a deep understanding of the fundamentals that drive a property deal from inception, through delivery and to profit realisation.
Together with an enviable network of domestic contacts, this gives Harry a keen eye for value-add opportunities – something that allows him to position each Arissa development ideally for current market conditions.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Property at Bond University and is also a registered real estate agent.
Sam Musgrave – CFO
A Chartered Accountant for over 15 years Sam's passion has always been developing small to medium businesses. After working for large firms including William Buck, PKF (formerly Lawler Partners), Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, Sam founded Nine Advisory to offer businesses a more personalised and holistic service.
Sam has been involved with Arissa Group since its inception and provides forensic advice on deal structure, tax implications as well as the day to day running of the business.
